Key Responsibilities:

Visit Retai Stores :

Generate Sales from Retail Sotes, Product Details, Achieve Targets.

Customer Interaction:

Greeting customers, answering questions, providing product information, and assisting with purchases.

Sales Generation:

Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective customer engagement and sales strategies.

Product Knowledge:

Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the products offered.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent service, handling complaints, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Merchandising and Inventory:

Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, arranging displays, and assisting with stock replenishment.

Transaction Processing:

Accurately processing sales transactions and handling various payment methods.

Reporting and Analysis:

Maintaining records of sales and customer interactions, and potentially providing feedback to management. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Potential variations:

Senior Retail Sales Executive:

May involve additional responsibilities like developing sales strategies, managing a team, and analyzing sales data.

Retail Field Sales Executive:

Focuses on building relationships with store personnel in different locations, executing promotional plans, and monitoring stock levels in various stores. Strong customer service and sales skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organizational and time management skills. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail technologies.

Teamwork:
