Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Existing network of contacts in the construction or real estate industry
Requirements:
1 to 3 years' experience in the building materials sector (e.g., cement, tiles, paint, steel, adhesives, plywood etc.)
Strong knowledge of the local construction and infrastructure market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and site visits
Maintain and grow relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers
Conduct product presentations and negotiations with clients
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
Ensure timely collections and coordinate with the accounts department
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
