The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling pest control services and applications to residential societies, restaurants, factories, and other commercial sectors. The role requires a proactive sales approach, the ability to develop strong customer relationships, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation:
Identify potential clients in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Promote pest control services, explaining their benefits and how they address specific pest issues. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
2. Client Acquisition and Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct onsite assessments of customer locations to offer customized pest control solutions. Follow up on leads, respond to customer inquiries, and provide post service support.
3. Product and Service Knowledge:
Stay informed about the company's pest control services, including applications, treatments, and safety procedures. Educate clients on the various services offered, including onetime treatments and long term maintenance plans.
4. Market Research and Lead Generation:
Perform market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer segments. Network within local communities, attend events, and participate in marketing campaigns to generate leads.
5. Sales Reporting:
Track and manage sales activities using CRM software. Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to the Sales Manager.
6. Collaboration:
Work closely with the service delivery and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met and services are delivered efficiently. Provide feedback to improve services based on customer needs and industry trends.
