Job Description

drives B2B sales of generator sets by identifying leads, understanding technical client needs (like load requirements), presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strong relationship management and after-sales support, coordinating closely with technical/service teams to meet targets. Core Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Research

: Finding new clients (industrial, commercial, construction, government) and tracking competitor activity.

Technical Sales

: Understanding client power needs, performing electrical load estimations, and explaining product features (genset specs, technical advantages).

Client Engagement

: Conducting presentations, preparing quotations, handling technical negotiations, and closing deals.

Relationship Management

: Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners (dealers/distributors) for loyalty and repeat business.

Sales Operations

: Managing the sales pipeline (using CRM tools), forecasting, reporting, and meeting targets.

After-Sales Support

: Coordinating with service teams for breakdowns, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
