Position Overview



We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive who has a strong network in the cashew / dry fruit market, understands product quality grades (W320, W240, etc.), and can generate regular B2B orders from wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand B2B sales for cashews (W320, W240, LWP, etc.) Visit wholesale markets, dry fruit shops, traders & FMCG suppliers for lead generation Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and onboard new customers Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure repeat orders Understand cashew varieties, pricing, grades, and quality differences Track competitor pricing and market movement Coordinate with office for billing, dispatch & payments Provide daily sales reporting: visits, orders, collections Handle customer queries, product samples, and negotiations Strengthen brand presence in Delhi/NCR market

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1-3 years experience in Dry Fruits / Cashew / FMCG Sales Strong network in Khari Baoli, Azadpur, Model Town, Shalimar Bagh & surrounding markets Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to travel daily for client visits Knowledge of cashew grades & quality is a must Self-motivated and target-driven Fixed salary (as per experience) Attractive incentives on sale Career growth in cashew trading business
