Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, field-ready team member with

1-2 years of experience in sales within the construction-related manufacturing sector

.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and meet clients, including contractors, distributors, and procurement heads Promote FRP products such as manhole covers, cable trays, rebars, and fencing with technical understanding Assist with quotations, order follow-ups, dispatch coordination, and documentation Support vendor registrations and approvals for government or institutional projects Conduct daily field visits and generate lead reports Maintain CRM and submit visit reports and sales updates Participate in product demos, expos, and business development events

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field

1-2 years of sales experience in construction product manufacturing

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Mandatory: Own a laptop, two-wheeler/four-wheeler, and valid driving license Fuel expenses reimbursed separately Willingness to travel regularly within assigned region Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email for reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
