We are looking for a resourceful and customer-focused
Post Pan India -Sales Executive - Travel cum Calling
to manage client coordination and travel-related field visits post-order confirmation. This on-site with hybrid role requires someone comfortable with follow-up calls, relationship management, and occasional travel to meet clients, oversee deliveries, or collect feedback.
Ideal for someone from the
toy, textile
industry who can handle both
office-based communication and on-ground customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination (Post-Sales):
Manage customer relationships after order confirmation - update on production status, dispatch, invoicing, and after-sales support.
Calling & Follow-ups:
Regularly call clients to confirm receipt, take feedback, share dispatch updates, and handle any concerns professionally.
Documentation:
Ensure smooth handling of shipping documents, invoices, delivery challans, and acknowledgments.
Travel (As Needed):
Visit local or pan india regional clients for feedback, service checks, or to assist in issue resolution.
Complaint Handling:
Act as the first point of contact for product or delivery-related complaints and work with the internal team to resolve them.
Coordination:
Liaise with the sales, logistics, and production teams for smooth order fulfillment.
CRM/FMS&IMS Updates:
Maintain accurate customer and order records in internal systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field
1-4 years in post-sales/customer service (preferred: toy/textile/consumer goods manufacturing)
Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi/Local Language)
Willing to travel locally/regionally as per business needs
Proficiency in MS Office, email correspondence, and basic CRM tools
Strong customer handling, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
