Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic, emotionally intelligent Sales Executive to champion our offline retail presence. This role blends relationship-building, brand storytelling, and strategic sales execution to drive in-store conversions, expand our retail footprint, and create memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Drive offline sales across retail outlets, pop-ups, and partner stores Build strong relationships with store managers, staff, and local influencers Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand aesthetics and seasonal campaigns Educate customers on product features, fit, and brand philosophy Collect feedback and insights to refine in-store strategies and customer experience Support activations, festive campaigns, and community engagement events Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics

Who You Are

A confident communicator with a flair for storytelling and customer psychology Passionate about fashion, comfort, and empowering design Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments Emotionally intelligent and culturally aware, with a warm, inclusive approach Fluent in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are a plus Prior experience in fashion retail, lifestyle brands, or customer-facing roles preferred
