Sales Executives (CASA)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

? Source Loan clients in line with business plans and targets.
? Create and maintain strict credit discipline ensuring zero default in recovery.
? Monitor loan portfolio by conducting loan utilization checks and regular visits.
? Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and suggest improvements.
? Maintain accurate and timely record-keeping and reporting.
? Understand customer needs, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
? Complete loan contracts by explaining provisions, obtaining signatures, notarization, and collecting fees.
? Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

Age Limit:

Up to 30 years

License & Vehicle:

Two-wheeler and valid driving license are

mandatory

Preferred:

Local candidates from nearby locations with good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
