Sales Executives (CASA)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Source Loan clients in line with business plans and targets.

Create and maintain strict credit discipline ensuring zero default in recovery.

Monitor loan portfolio by conducting loan utilization checks and regular visits.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and suggest improvements.

Maintain accurate and timely record-keeping and reporting.

Understand customer needs, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Complete loan contracts by explaining provisions, obtaining signatures, notarization, and collecting fees.

Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

Age Limit:

Up to 30 years

License & Vehicle:

Two-wheeler and valid driving license are

mandatory

Preferred:

Local candidates from nearby locations with good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
