Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, online channels, and client referrals.
Present and demonstrate biometric attendance solutions to clients (schools, corporates, factories, government departments, etc.)
Understand client requirements and offer customized hardware/software combinations.
Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, follow-ups, negotiation, closure, and after-sales coordination.
Maintain accurate records of all sales, leads, and customer accounts using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the technical and support team to ensure proper installation and service delivery.
Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to build brand presence and acquire leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or IT preferred)
1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in biometric devices, security systems, or IT hardware is plus point.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of biometric devices and attendance management systems
Ability to travel locally for client visits and product demos
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
