Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with retail stores, promoting product placement, collecting payments, and effectively penetrating the local market. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail store owners, managers, and staff.
• Actively promote product placement in retail stores to increase visibility and maximize sales potential.
• Present product features, benefits, and advantages to retail store representatives.
• Educate store personnel about the product line, including its uses, target customers, and unique selling points.
• Provide training and support to store staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Act as the main point of contact for retail stores, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collect payments from retail stores in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional materials, and sales incentives.
• Continuously analyze local market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Regularly report sales activities, progress, and achievements to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor\'s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with retail store representatives.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Knowledge of the local market and retail landscape.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to travel within the local area as required.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 98,428.32 - 931,635.87 per month Benefits:
