Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with potential customers from company-provided leads and own references.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings and property site visits.
Present and explain project details, features, and benefits to prospective buyers.
Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end assistance during the decision-making process.
Maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Support customers with booking formalities and required documentation.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth customer service.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in real estate sales (apartments, township & commercial).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and follow-up abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
