: Area Sales Executive (Barddhaman)
Develop and implement sales strategies to establish and create distributor, wholesaler, and retail chain networks in Barddhaman.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners, wholesalers, and retailers to expand market presence.
Achieve sales targets by driving product sales through various channels.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with partners and key accounts to ensure sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely delivery, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management for strategic planning.
Attend relevant local trade events and meetings to network and promote Femisure products.
Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and product developments to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, or similar sectors.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, travel within Barddhaman, and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in CRM and standard office software.
Knowledge of distributor and retail chain operations preferred.
