Position: Area Executive



Qualifications:



MBA/PGDBM

Experience:



Minimum experience 2 to 3 years in B2B sales.

Generated sustained business growth through exceptional field sales performance, consistently exceeding targets.

Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Communication & interpersonal skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to translate technical marketing concepts into simple language

Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals

Confidence to interact with business owners, marketing heads, and negotiate deals.

Active listening to understand client goals and pain points.

Performance & mindset:



Understanding of basic sales processes (prospecting, qualifying, closing)

Comfortable working with

sales targets, KPIs, and deadlines



Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability

Open to feedback and continuous learning

Building client relationships and identifying advertising needs

Creating tailored ad proposals and advertising plans

Familiarity with B2B sales environments

Negotiation and objection-handling skills

Tech Savviness:



Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRM software, and virtual meeting tools.

Adaptable to new sales technologies or platforms.

Ability to build strong client relationships.
