Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Execute sales strategies and promotional activities to increase market share.
Monitor stock levels, timely replenishment, and ensure product availability.
Conduct market visits to gather insights on competition, pricing, and market trends.
Address customer queries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Support marketing campaigns and participate in trade promotions and events.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration).
1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably in food & beverage or similar industry).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the local market and distribution network.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
