Key Responsibilities

:

Generate new business and maintain existing accounts in the region for our WPC/PVC/ply product lines. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors and end-users. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and site visits when required. Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the sales manager. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.

Required Skills & Attributes

:

1-3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in WPC, PVC, plywood or allied building materials). Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and preferably Assamese or a local language. Strong negotiation, customer-handling and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, with ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with the regional market around Guwahati/Assam is desirable. Comfortable with travel and field work as needed. BIKE WITH VALID D.L
