Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good local market knowledge, and the ability to convert leads into successful projects.

You will be responsible for identifying new clients, promoting our construction and interior design services, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate and follow up on sales leads and client inquiries.

Promote Nilachal Construction's building, interior, and renovation services to prospective clients.

Conduct client meetings and project site visits.

Prepare and present quotations and proposals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: HS/Graduate in any stream.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of local areas and real-estate/construction trends.

Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

Experience in construction/interior/real estate sales will be an added advantage.
