Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Area Sales Executive (Sales Boy) to join our real estate and rental services team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting property owners, listing properties, assisting with site visits, and helping customers find suitable rental or sale properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned areas to generate leads for property rentals and sales.

Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants.

Collect and verify property details, take photographs, and upload listings.

Conduct property site visits with potential clients.

Explain property features, pricing, and terms to customers.

Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients and property owners.

Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and marketing material in the local area.

Assist with documentation and coordination during deal closures.

Maintain daily reports and submit updates to the area manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
