who will be responsible for developing and expanding the market for our range of hardware, plumbing, electrical & construction products. The role demands strong field presence, consistent dealer engagement, and a proactive approach to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand dealer/distributor network in the assigned territory.
Actively promote and sell company products to achieve monthly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers and resolve on-ground issues.
Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and suggest strategies for growth.
Ensure proper coverage of all routes as per the schedule.
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass (Intermediate) / Undergraduate and qualified people are always welcome.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Strong passion for field sales and business development.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 - ?50,000 (based on performance & experience).
Daily Allowances based on the route covered.
Training and mentorship provided directly by the Director and senior staff.
