Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a regional sales team.
Experience in BFSI, insurance, or financial services is an advantage.
