Role Overview
The ASE will be responsible for driving sales, managing distributors, and expanding market presence across West Bengal.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Appoint and manage distributors & retailers
Ensure product availability and visibility in the market
Conduct market visits, competitor tracking, and daily reporting
Maintain strong relations with trade partners
Execute promotions and schemes as per company plan
Qualifications
Graduate in any stream
1-4 years of FMCG sales experience (preferred)
Freshers with strong interest in sales may also apply
Required Skills
Strong negotiation & communication
Market knowledge of AMRAVATI
