Job Opportunity: Area Sales Executive Company: KESAR ROAD EQUIPMENTS (INDIA) PVT. LTD Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. MBA is a plus \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the road construction equipment industry is a plus. Salary: Competitive salary with commission structure and performance incentives. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned area. \xc2\xb7 Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and provide solutions using the company\'s road construction equipment. \xc2\xb7 Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities. \xc2\xb7 Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features and benefits of the company\'s road construction equipment. Provide product demonstrations and training as needed. \xc2\xb7 Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company\'s products. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required by the management. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. \xc2\xb7 Provide excellent after-sales support, address customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the road construction equipment industry. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer behavior. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to travel within the assigned area and occasionally beyond. \xc2\xb7 Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
