Possess thorough knowledge of potential issues that may arise while dealing with clients/dealers and develop effective solutions to address their doubts or queries.
Channel Sales:
Focus on channel sales, particularly in architectural products. Work with dealers to increase the sales of high-end wood-related building products and develop strategies for growth in your territory.
Expand Dealer Network:
Acquire new dealers and maintain strong, long-term relationships with them.
Client Management:
Manage and support existing clients/dealers, ensuring their needs and requirements are met efficiently.
Pan-India Travel:
Be comfortable traveling across India as per company requirements to engage with clients and dealers.

Proactive & Self-Starter:
A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Presentation & Influence:
Strong presentation skills and an engaging personality to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
Client Relationship Management:
Demonstrated ability to interact and build lasting relationships with clients.
Mobility:
Must own a two-wheeler for ease of travel.
