Job Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the execution of agreed sales and profitability targets established within the assigned sales area by acquiring new business and maintaining existing customers
• You will manage a portfolio of customers in a designated area and execute sales plan
• You will monitor sales against agreed targets on a regular basis to ensure they are met and where necessary the need for remedial actions are identified, reported and implemented
• You will identify targets and implement the approved sales strategies in the assigned marketplace
• You will plan, execute and report sales activities in the assigned sales area
• You will provide periodical progress reports, analyze customer feedback and proactively submit recommendations to improve achievement of sales targets, market share and develop long-term relationship with customers
• You will collaborate with the other departments in the implementation of approved service solutions

Job Requirements:

• You must be a Bachelor\'s degree graduate, MBA is an advantage
• You must have at least four (4) years of prior experience in scaling up distribution network is required
• Your experience in managing distributor and direct retailers would be an added advantage
• Your tire, consumer durable or FMCG industry exposure would help you to be successful in this role
• You must be knowledgeable in various business concepts such as profit, margin, variable cost, ROI and must be able to provide industry best practices
• You must have excellent negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
• You must be flexible for upcountry and local travels
