Job Description

We are super stockist of spare parts of almost all two wheeler and four wheeler companies in India like Honda, TVS, Bajaj, Hero, Royal Enfield, Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen, Mahindra, Hyundai etc. We are dealing in automobile industry from last 40 years with headquarter located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Department:- Retail Outlet - Spare Parts / After-Sales

Job Summary:-

Responsible to lead, plan and manage the overall retail operations of the two-wheeler spare parts business-covering OEM and Non-OEM product lines. The role ensures strategic growth, profitability, customer satisfaction and operational excellence across all retail outlets or branches.
Job role and responsibilities:-

Business Strategy & Planning. Sales & Revenue Management. Inventory & Supply Chain Management. Vendor & OEM Relations. Team Leadership & Development. Customer Service & Experience. Financial Management & Controls. Reporting & Analytics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-

Total retail parts sales & growth (OEM + Non-OEM). Gross profit margin, Inventory turnover & stock accuracy. Customer satisfaction / NPS, Market share growth. Cost efficiency and operational compliance.

Eligibility criteria to apply:-



Bachelor's / Master's in Business, Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or related field.

Work Experience:-

Min 4-5 years of experience in retail outlets operations as well as sales management (more than 3 outlets) of two/four wheeler spare parts or Big Bazar, Family Bazar or other. Proven experience managing

multi-outlet operations

or dealership networks. Exposure to ERP / DMS systems and retail automation tools.
Preferred Backgrounds:-

Senior roles in two-wheeler OEM dealerships (Royal Enfeild, Honda, TVS,). Experience in aftermarket / multi-brand retail chains (e.g., Motul, Castrol, Bosch, Ucal). Exposure to both B2B and B2C spare parts operations.
Skills & Competencies:-

Strategic business acumen and leadership capability. Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills. Financial and P & L management expertise. Ability to lead large teams and drive performance. Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP / CRM software.

Salary:- Rs.35,000-37,000/- pm (Not negotiable) + benefits
