NP Green Private Limited is looking for an experienced and performance-driven

Area Retail Manager

to manage and grow the retail operations of our

Green Electric Scooter brand across Delhi NCR

. The candidate will be accountable for retail sales growth, showroom performance, dealer coordination, and customer experience across all assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage all retail showrooms/stores in Delhi NCR Drive retail sales targets and monthly business growth Ensure proper product display, branding, and visual merchandising in all stores Monitor daily sales performance, billing, and stock availability Train retail sales staff on product knowledge and customer handling Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards Coordinate with warehouse, service, and marketing teams Implement sales promotions and marketing activities at retail level Analyze local market trends and competitor activity Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly retail sales reports Ensure discipline, attendance, and performance of showroom staff

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate / MBA preferred 3+ years of experience in Retail Management (EV / Automobile / Electronics / FMCG preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Hands-on experience in managing multiple retail outlets Target-driven and customer-focused approach Must be willing to travel across Delhi NCR
