Hiring Area Pharmacy Manager

:

1. Improves operational standards of Pharmacy Cluster handling.

2. Responsible for delivery of Sales Target.

3. Reporting to Management about the Performance of the Sales Team/ Operational standards Reports.

4. To be responsible for Product Counselling, Reminder Calls, Follow up Calls.

5. Train, guide, and motivate the sales/pharmacy teams.

6. To be responsible for marketing activities for lead generation.

7. To be responsible for supervising, monitoring, and overseeing the team to maximize revenue.

8. To be responsible for assisting in interviewing, recruiting, and training staff.

9. Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans.

10. Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.

Location -

(Barasat - Bongaon - Gopalnagar - Chandpara - Machlandapur) , (Baruipur - Joynagar- Amtala - Budge Budge - Mograhat)
