Job Title: Area Operations Manager - Jewellery Brand

Location: Noida

Salary Range: ₹45,000 - 55,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Area Operations Manager to oversee the performance and operations of our jewellery stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing luxury retail, with expertise in gold, diamonds, polki, kundan, jadau, and gemstones. This role requires excellent leadership, operational, and customer service skills, along with proven experience as a Store Manager (2-3 years minimum) in the jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple stores within the assigned area.

Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.

Train, mentor, and guide store managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and ensure proper handling of high-value jewellery pieces.

Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and provide expert consultation on jewellery purchases.

Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistent with brand guidelines.

Implement operational strategies, SOPs, and compliance with company policies.

Review financial performance of stores, manage budgets, and optimize profitability.

Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotions, events, and brand-building initiatives.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

2-3 years of proven experience as a Store Manager in a reputed jewellery brand.

In-depth knowledge of gold, diamonds, polki, kundan, jadau, and gemstones.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple store operations effectively.

Strong business acumen with focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.

High integrity and responsibility in handling luxury jewellery and customer relationships.
