Job Title: Parking Operations and Valet Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Parking Operations and Valet Manager to oversee our parking and valet operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing drivers, and identifying opportunities to upscale our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

1. Oversee parking and valet operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.

2. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

3. Ensure drivers are well-presented, trained, and equipped to provide excellent service.

Driver Management

1. Provide training and guidance to drivers on customer service, vehicle handling, and safety protocols.

2. Monitor driver performance, addressing any issues or concerns.

3. Foster a positive and productive team culture among drivers.

Business Development

1. Identify opportunities to upscale our business, including new client acquisition and service expansion.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

3. Collaborate with the management team to develop business growth strategies.

Client Relationship Management

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.

2. Respond to client feedback, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 6-9years of experience in operations management, customer service, or a related field.

2. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

3. Knowledge: Familiarity with parking and valet operations, customer service principles, and business development strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
