Role Description

This is a full-time Operations Manager role at RoadExpress Logistics, located in Guwahati. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, managing transportation services, coordinating with carriers and partners, and ensuring timely and secure delivery of goods. The role involves optimizing supply chains, streamlining operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the logistics process.

Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Operations Management skills Experience in managing transportation services and coordinating with carriers Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and customs clearance processes Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field solve shortage and damage cases tracking of vehicle related issue solve client related issue
