Key Responsibilities: Site Management : Oversee and manage security guard manpower deployment at various client sites within Delhi, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Sonipat, Ghaziabad, and other NCR regions. Personnel Management : Supervise and lead a team of security guards, ensuring that they are well-trained, motivated, and perform their duties efficiently. Client Relations : Maintain strong client relationships, address client concerns, and ensure client satisfaction with our services. Security Protocols : Implement and enforce security protocols, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and property. Emergency Response : Develop and execute effective emergency response plans and procedures. Reporting : Provide regular reports on site activities, security incidents, and personnel performance to senior management. Budget Management : Manage the area\'s budget effectively, optimizing resources and controlling costs. Qualifications: Retired Army or Paramilitary Personnel : A candidate with a background in the army or paramilitary forces is preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of Security Management Experience : Proven experience in managing security guards and related manpower services. Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent Communication : Effective communication skills in English and Hindi. Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the Delhi-NCR region and its security landscape. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to handle security-related challenges and emergencies efficiently. Compensation: The Area Manager will receive a competitive monthly salary in the range of INR 30,000 to INR 35,000 , in addition to travel conveyance allowances.
