Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
Manage
daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets
Ensure SOP compliance for
food quality, service, hygiene, and cleanliness
Conduct regular outlet visits and audits
Food & Quality Control
Strong understanding of
food preparation, portion control, and kitchen operations
Ensure consistency in
taste, presentation, and food safety standards
Accounting & Cost Control
Basic knowledge of
billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, and expenses
Monitor food cost, wastage, and inventory
Coordinate with store managers on daily accounts and closing
Team Management
Supervise outlet managers and staff
Ensure proper staffing, attendance, and discipline
Support training and performance improvement
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and share
daily and monthly operational reports
Coordinate with management for issues related to operations, staff, and supplies
Required Skills
Experience in
chain restaurant operations
Good
food and kitchen operations knowledge
Basic accounting knowledge
(billing, expenses, sales tracking)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel within assigned area
