What You Will Own
This is a sales and customer engagement role. Person will be responsible to generate leads, collect required document, help customer to apply for loan and manage good relationship.
Experience You Should Bring
An ability to understand lending products and a strong background on the fundamentals of finance.
Has strong customer orientation and is able to handle objections from customers methodically and politely.
Should have effective communication skills - oral and written in English, Hindi, and local language.
An ability to display a keen sense of empathy with the customer.
Patience to deal with the customers, partners, and analysts in the face of process-breakdowns and delays.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead generation on the ground for MSME loans. o Tele-calling and physical visits to the partners to generate the required number of applications and conversions in a month.

Helping the customer apply for a loan through the Tally platform.
Engaging with the prospects and clarifying any queries that they might have about the lending products or process.
Co-ordinating with the partner and partner resources for leads, clarifying any questions that they might have about the products and processes.
Coordinating with the financial analyst at the back end in case of any queries raised by Tally or by the lender.
Advocating the requirements of the customer and making suggestions for improvement in processes.
