Job Description

An Area Mortgage Manager for Jaipur is responsible for leading mortgage sales operations including Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) within the Jaipur territory. This role focuses on driving sales, managing the sales team, and building client and partner relationships to grow the mortgage portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth

for HL and LAP products by formulating and executing strategies tailored for the Jaipur market.

Lead and manage mortgage sales teams

, ensuring productivity through training, motivation, and performance management.

Source and develop relationships

with customers, DSAs, brokers, and real estate partners for lead generation and business expansion.

Coordinate loan processing activities

from application through disbursement, collaborating with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.

Prepare and review sales reports and MIS

to track team performance and portfolio health.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate degree with 2+ years experience in mortgage/home loan sales or asset finance. Strong sales leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan products, documentation, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building capabilities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
