Through our mobile application farmers can connect with qualified veterinarians, order farm inputs, access financial services, manage their farm & cattle, and engage with subject matter experts to make dairy profitable. Mooofarm is a purely tech-oriented company and is founded by alumni from IIT and the London School of Economics. The Mooofarm research team has developed and patented Worlds first Cattle Facial Recognition, and is also working with Microsoft for cattle disease detection using udder image. | Mission: To make farmers profitable | Vision: Increase the income of 100 million farmers by 2030 | Values: Trust, Farmer Love, Collaboration for Greater Good | Requirement Required Qualification: A degree in any field is acceptable, although preference is given to candidates with a B.Sc. in Dairy or Agriculture. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in Relationship Management and Key Account Management in industries such as Agritech, Dairy, Agripharma, BFSI, Insurance, or Telecom. Candidates must possess a consultative and empathetic mindset, be solution-driven, and have a strong customer advocacy. Candidates must be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong bias for action and be focused on achieving resolutions. The candidate should have experience in cross-selling/up-selling. Roles and Responsibilities Community building activities in the assigned region to increase farmer retention, engagement & ultimately revenue. Cross -sell/Up sell all Mooofarm\'s service thereby owning the market share of the assigned region and maximizing average revenue per farmer. Build long term sustainable relationships with local community groups/network of networks/influencers to keep farmer engaged. Gather market & farmer intelligence and share the same with line manager & other teams ( Ops / Product / CX etc. ) for mutual business goals. Relationship building & Lead point of contact for escalations relating to Mooofarm\'s channel partners (milk VMC centers, Feed retail points/distributors, cattle sell & Buy agents etc.) in the assigned region. Assist marketing team in rural marketing activities such as organize vet camps, community events etc. to ensure farmer acquisition and app downloads. Daily reporting to the Head of Strategy.
