• Reporting to National Sales Director
• Responsible for sales of our products in Eastern India (Orrisa, Jharkhand, North-East & customers in Kolkata)
• Follow up with the prospective clients in coordination with the marketing follow up for closing the deal.
• Retain existing customers by providing solutions for their customized requirements.
• Develop new customers by making cold calls and applying marketing strategies, competitor analysis and Formulate business development strategies to develop business in the assigned region.
• Supporting Dealers to increase Bray business
• Collection of Payments
• Co-ordinating with respective Bray Teams like Quotations/Contract Admin/QC/Finance/ Order dispatch

• Go-getter/ Aggressive Hardcore salesperson
• Positive attitude and Willingness to put in extra efforts in terms of time.
• Focused with Clear Vision.
• Product knowledge (Technical)
• Negotiation skills
• Computer knowledge
• Commercial knowledge
• Experience in Direct Sales of Industrial Product
• Willingness to travel
• Exposure of dealing in Alumina, Iron Ore, Steel shall be added advantage
