Role description
To plan and execute the Mining operation with optimum utilization of resources for supply of ROM to meet the overall requirement of Coal/ Iron with 100 % compliance to company policy, safety standards and Statutory requirement. Take corrective and preventive action, as required. Co-ordination between shifts, preparation of monthly and annual returns.
Technical Competencies
Knowledge of face operations, drilling, blasting, strata support
Safety hazards and mitigation measures in open cast working
Thorough understanding of Mines Act, MMR, and related acts.
Working knowledge of MS Office, SAP, etc.
Diverse candidates shall be preferred.
