Role description

Responsible for executing operations of the LCP area of SMS at TSK. He need to achieve or exceed the budgetary targets of output, quality & cost as per customer satisfaction and ensure adherence to the annual operating plan.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement quality and safety systems and inculcate a culture of safety in the department Execute the processes at the LCP area to satisfy the requirement of SMS Execute the production activities as per the monthly targets Ensure the quality and cost of production to meet customer requirements Implement new process, improvements to meet customer demand, achieve greater savings, reduced wastage and higher productivity Management of human resources of the LCP area

Skills

Understanding of the steel making process TQM capability Analytical ability Knowledge of requirements under IATF Understanding of the steel making process TQM capability Analytical ability Knowledge of requirements under IATF

Other details

B.E/ B. TECH in Metallurgy/Mechanical or equivalent



5-8 years of Experience in operations of steel plant.
