Supervise and support daily operations across multiple outlets.
Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold consistent service quality.
Manage store sta? -- including scheduling, performance, and discipline.
Maintain store infrastructure, cleanliness, and equipment func onality.
Monitor and control Cost of Goods (COGs) while ensuring budget and KPI compliance.
Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
Lead new store launches, including sta? hiring and onboarding.
Act as the key link between store teams and the central opera ons department.
Oversee food quality and hygiene standards across outlets.
Prepare and submit detailed sales, audit, and performance reports to the Operations
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of experience in QSR, F&B, or Retail Operations.
Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to contribute innovative ideas to improve sales and opera ons.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Willingness to travel across assigned stores (company bike will be provided).
Self-driven, organized, and commi ed to maintaining opera onal excellence.
Open to both male and female candidates.
