Area Manager - B2B Sales
to lead and grow our business in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing key corporate clients, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients and channel partners
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team in the area
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns and projects
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven experience in area or territory sales management
Ability to lead teams and drive performance
Good knowledge of local market and corporate sales cycles
Self-motivated, target-driven, and field-oriented
Preferred Candidate Profile:
5-7 years of experience in B2B sales (advertising / marketing / services preferred)
MBA / PGDM in Sales or Marketing
Must own a bike and be willing to travel extensively
Experience in handling corporate and enterprise clients
