to oversee operations across multiple outlets in a designated city in Uttar Pradesh. You will be responsible for store performance, team leadership, business development, local marketing, logistics, customer satisfaction, and full P&L ownership.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills and experience in managing multi-unit food or retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
Supervise daily operations across all outlets to ensure service quality and efficiency.
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality, hygiene, and service.
Manage inventory, supply chain coordination, and vendor relationships.
2. P&L Management
Own city-level budgets, revenue, and cost control measures.
Analyze key financial metrics including food cost, labor cost, and delivery expenses.
Drive strategies to improve profitability and reduce operational inefficiencies.
3. Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage store managers, kitchen staff, and delivery teams.
Promote a culture of accountability and high performance.
Conduct regular staff evaluations and ongoing training sessions.
4. Business Development & Expansion
Identify new store locations in collaboration with the development team.
Oversee launch and early-stage operations of new outlets.
Support local marketing efforts, partnerships, and events to drive brand visibility.
5. Customer Experience
Ensure excellent service standards across all touchpoints.
Monitor customer feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to address pain points.
Innovate and implement customer-focused solutions.
6. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure stores comply with all applicable food safety, labor, and licensing regulations.
Prepare and submit regular performance reports to regional leadership.
