Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Life Insurance products through channel partners/agency managers
Develop, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team
Monitor and achieve regional targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations
Identify new markets and strategize for growth
Requirements:
Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Life Insurance sales
Proven experience in managing teams and driving regional performance
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Bachelor's degree or higher (MBA preferred)
