Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Managers / Agency Managers / Insurance Advisors
Drive life insurance business through agency or broking channel
Achieve regional sales targets and growth KPIs
Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company standards
Conduct field visits, joint calls, and motivate the team to increase productivity
Strategize and implement campaigns to boost life insurance penetration in the region
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
Minimum 4 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales, with at least 2 years in a team handling role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Willing to travel across assigned territory
