Role Objective
To drive regional solar module sales growth by developing channel networks, managing EPC and industrial clients, expanding institutional business, and achieving sales and collection targets in the assigned territory.

Description
Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Achieve sales targets for solar PV modules in the assigned region.
  • Identify and onboard new EPCs, developers, and distributors.
  • Manage existing relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue and volume goals.
Channel Partner Management
  • Develop and strengthen distributor and dealer networks.
  • Conduct regular visits, sales reviews, and partner training programs.
  • Monitor channel performance, secondary sales, and credit discipline.
  • Support partners with marketing and promotional initiatives.
EPC & Institutional Client Handling
  • Handle local EPC players, MSME installers, and industrial clients for module supply.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage techno-commercial discussions with clients and consultants.
Government & Policy-driven Business
  • Identify opportunities under state nodal agencies and subsidy programs
  • Work with EPCs executing government projects and rooftop schemes.
Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain weekly/monthly MIS on sales, pipeline, and collections.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and policy updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and documentation support.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Support corporate teams in regional marketing campaigns and exhibitions.
  • Assist in techno-commercial evaluations and customer ROI models.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and market requirements.
