Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Distribution
Drive sales of OPD-focused subscription plans across designated territories.
Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of
DSAs,
SM and channel partners
.
Product Awareness
Promote OPD benefits and product awareness among clients and partners.
Train DSAs, agents, and distributors on product USPs, processes, and claims protocols.
Coordinate with backend support teams to ensure seamless service and timely issue resolution.
Team & DSA Management
Build and lead regional sales teams and a robust DSA network.
Track performance, provide Training, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Implement and monitor incentive schemes, performance metrics, and productivity measures.
Market Development
Identify and develop new markets for OPD subscription/insurance solutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies and improve penetration.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure full compliance with Company regulations, industry practices, and internal policies.
Maintain and present accurate MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance insights.
Key Requirements
Education:
Graduate (any stream)
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in insurance sales (General + Health insurance preferred)
Skills:
Strong leadership with hands-on experience in DSA/channel partner management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of OPD products, processes, and claims.
Proficiency with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
Willingness to travel extensively based on regional requirements.
