? Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
? Identify potential clients such as contractors, infrastructure companies, and dealers.
? Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
? Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs.
? Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and local marketing activities.
? Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients.
? Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
? Track sales performance, collections, and customer satisfaction within the territory.
? Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM entries.
? Address customer issues and complaints promptly to retain business.
? Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and promotional events in the assigned region.
? Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to senior management.
? Train and mentor junior sales executives working in the territory.
? Provide feedback to management for product improvements and new business opportunities.
