Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to achieve sales and dealer acquisition targets.
Identify and onboard new dealers and sub-dealers in the assigned region.
Foster strong relationships with existing channel partners to maximize sales and ensure high satisfaction.
Plan and execute local promotional and branding activities at dealer locations or strategic points.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities; suggest strategies to increase market share.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and team performance updates to senior management.
Ensure that the team adheres to company policies, reporting structures, and ethical standards.
