Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Area Manager - Solar Franchise Acquisition to drive the expansion of our solar energy business by identifying, onboarding, and managing new franchise partners across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel development, franchise sales, and renewable energy, with excellent leadership and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Franchise Acquisition:



Identify potential entrepreneurs and businesses to become solar franchise partners.

Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations to onboard new franchisees.

Evaluate franchise applicants' business viability and alignment with brand goals.

Strategically plan and execute franchise network expansion in assigned area.

Analyze market potential and competition to identify growth opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new franchise partners.

Provide ongoing support to ensure successful operations and sales growth.

Work with franchisees to achieve sales targets, product penetration, and service quality.

Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams for smooth operations.

Train new franchise partners on business model, product range, and compliance guidelines.

Ensure adherence to brand standards, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Reporting:



Prepare and submit regular reports on franchise performance, lead generation, and expansion progress.

Maintain updated records of franchise agreements and territory status.

Requirements:



Experience in franchise development, channel sales, or business development.

Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of franchise operations, sales pipelines, and territory management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
