Job Purpose



To contribute to the sales & distribution achievement of designated geography through execution of organizational sales plans by working with and leading teams of Distributor salesmen and sales representatives.



Job Duties & Key Responsibilities



* Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Identify & find out new retail stores to increase retail reach & Sales. 2. Support the distributor expansion for better servicing of markets and consumers 3. Creating and reporting of on time reports like budget sheet, Scheme Details etc 4. Ensure achievement of target sales & distribution metrics for the designated area through sales, range selling and 5. Execute planned school activities & promotions through product launches, work shops etc.. 6. Oversee and Verify the filing of claims and expense statements coming from SR for secondary schemes, replacements etc. 7. Check availability on new products in market by working with SR & DBSR 8. Set the proper PJP of SRs for timely reach of area. Implementing and executing the monthly budget plan by guiding team through taking meetings weekly or fortnightly. 9. Planning and Achieving Sales Targets in given territory with help of Team of sales Representative and Distributors. 10. Creating and reporting of on time reports like budget sheet, Scheme Details etc. 11. Participating and arranging in promotion work of company products. 12. Ensure timely submission of all reports, market information and competitors' information.
