The Area Manager - Sales & Collection is responsible for driving sales growth, collections, and customer acquisition across assigned branches/areas. This role involves managing branch sales teams, implementing regional strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving revenue and collection targets in line with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement area-level sales and collection strategies aligned with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
Manage, mentor, and motivate branch sales heads, sales officers, and field collection teams across multiple locations.
Drive chit fund registrations, renewals, timely collections, and acquisition of premium and high-value customers.
Monitor branch-wise and individual performance against targets and initiate performance improvement plans where required.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
Coordinate with marketing teams to execute local marketing campaigns, digital promotions, events, and customer outreach programs.
Conduct regular field visits, branch audits, and market reviews to ensure sales effectiveness, collection efficiency, and policy adherence.
Liaise with internal departments such as Operations, HR, Legal, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of sales and collection activities.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly MIS reports, sales dashboards, and collection summaries; present performance insights to senior management.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks governing chit funds and financial services.

Prior experience handling multiple branches or regions is mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary:
?60,000 - ?75,000
(based on experience and performance)
